Leg Building Instructions

Parts required:
12 1x2 plates with 2 hinge fingers
6 1x2 plates with 3 hinge fingers
6 1x3 rods with 3 fingers top, 2 fingers bottom

1) Connect the rod with to the plate with 2 fingers. Make sure the rod orientation is correct (2 pointing hinges inside)
Repeat 6 times

2) Connect one plate with 3 fingers to a plate with 2 fingers.
Repeat 6 times
3) Attach assembly from step 2 to the top of the assembly from step 1. Repeat 6 times

Parts required:
4 1x4 hinged plates

4) Attach a hinge plate to the bottom of one of the assembled legs
5) Attach a second leg to the second half of the hinge plate. Note position of hinge in photo.
6) Place a second hinge plate on top of the two leg assembly.
7) Attach a third leg underneath the free end of the hinge. Repeat steps 4-7.
8) Position the second set of legs next to the first set in a circular arrangement

Parts Required:
1 2x4 plate
1 1x4 plate
4 1x2 vented tiles
2 1x1 trans tiles
1 2x2 turntable
9) Attach the 1x4 plate to the underside of the legs, connecting the two sets
10) Place 2 of 1x2 vented tiles on the front two legs

11) Place the 2x4 plate on top of the legs. The plate should overlap the 2 tile vents. Place the 1x1 trans tiles on either side of this plate.

12) Place the turntable and the 2 remaining tile vents on the 2x4 plate. Leg assembly is now complete.

Head Building Instructions

Parts required:
1 2x2 45 degree slope brick
1 2x4 plate
1 2x2 tile
1 1x2 plate with dual side rods
2 1x1 bricks with side stud
1 1x2 corrugated brick
1 1x2 vented tile
1 1x2 plate with 1x4 plate at right angle
2 1x1 trans rounded plates
2 1x1 trans plates

1) Place the 1x1 trans plates and 1x2 plate with 1x4 plate at right angle on top of the 1x4 plate
2) Place the 2x2 45 deg slope, the two 1x1 bricks with side studs, and the corrugated brick on top of the 2x4 plate in the arrangement show above
3) Place the 2x2 tile on top of the 1x1 and corrugated bricks. Place the 1x2 plate with dual side rods on top of the slope as shown above.

4) Place the 1x2 vented tile and the 1x1 round trans plates on the front of the right angle plate as shown above.

Required parts:
2 1x4 antennas
2 megaphones
2 1x1 round plates
2 1x1 round cylinder bricks

5) Place the 1x1 cylinder brick on the end of the megaphone. Insert the antena. Place the 1x1 round plate on the end. Repeat 2 times.

Attach the head to the legs, and the guns to the head. Your HV71 should look something like the one on the right, depending on your color scheme.
